All formulations are produced under strict cGMP guidelines, undergo independent third-party testing through FDA-registered analytical laboratories, and are stored under regulated nutraceutical warehousing conditions to maintain the highest standards from production to delivery.

Authorized Use & Distribution Notice

PUR-C products are available exclusively to licensed healthcare practices. We do not authorize resale through third-party platforms such as Amazon or eBay. Products obtained through unauthorized sources may be expired, compromised, or counterfeit. PUR-C does not assume responsibility for any items purchased outside our approved channels.

Quality Assurance & Pre-Shipment Inspection

Each product is carefully inspected by our quality control team prior to shipment. Jars (250g), bottles (50g), and stick packs (4g) are precisely measured, sealed, and verified to ensure accurate weight, product integrity, and therapeutic-grade quality.

Customer Inspection & Claims Process

Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect all shipments within 72 hours. If a product appears to be defective, damaged, or compromised, PUR-C must be notified within that 72-hour window. To initiate a claim, customers must submit the following via email:

  • A written description of the issue
  • Photographs of the unopened product(s) in question
  • Proof of delivery date (e.g., tracking confirmation)

Once reviewed and approved, PUR-C will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and arrange for replacement of any verified defective items. Claims received after the 72-hour window or without the required documentation will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Return Policy

If a return is necessary for any reason outside of quality-related claims:

  • Customers must request an RA number within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Only unopened cases are eligible for return.
  • Returned items must arrive at PUR-C within 14 days of the original delivery date.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipments must be sent using a trackable and insured service. PUR-C is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during return transit.
  • The RA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package.

Please note:

  • Returns are not accepted for products purchased during events or conferences.
  • International orders are not eligible for return.
