PUR-C LLC — Shipping, Payments, Product Handling, and Returns

Product Inspection & Quality Assurance
PUR-C LLC is committed to delivering products that meet exacting quality standards. Every shipment and every unit is inspected prior to dispatch to confirm the product leaves our warehouse fresh, intact, and in proper condition.

Acceptance of Terms
By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1) Shipping & Signature Requirements

Signature Required (Continental U.S.)

All orders shipped within the Continental United States require an adult signature upon delivery. The carrier is instructed not to leave the package without obtaining a signature from the recipient. This signature requirement is the primary safeguard used to confirm secure receipt of the shipment.

Signature Waiver (If Requested by Customer)

If a customer requests or authorizes the carrier to leave a shipment without obtaining a signature (including, without limitation, by signing a carrier “signature release,” delivery instruction, door tag authorization, app-based authorization, or any other waiver), the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The shipment may be left unattended;

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for loss, theft, or damage once the carrier marks the package as delivered; and

  • The customer will have no recourse through PUR-C LLC for shipments delivered under a signature waiver or release.

Processing & Shipping Schedule (No Weekend or Holiday Shipping)

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. national holidays. PUR-C LLC does not dispatch shipments on weekends or national holidays. Please plan accordingly.

Overnight / Expedited Shipping Timing

If an overnight or expedited order is placed, paid for, or received during a weekend or U.S. national holiday, the order will be processed and shipped on the next business day (i.e., the next day PUR-C LLC’s warehouse/fulfillment/logistics operations are open and the carrier is operating and accepting pickups). “Overnight” applies to carrier transit time after dispatch, not to weekends/holidays or other non-operational days when PUR-C LLC and/or the carrier is not dispatching shipments.

No Refunds for Weekend/Holiday Overnight Timing

Overnight or expedited shipping charges will not be refunded when payment is received or an order is placed during weekends, U.S. national holidays, or other non-shipping days, or when carrier operations are delayed due to holiday schedules, peak-season congestion, or other carrier-related constraints. No exceptions.

Accurate Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including suite/unit numbers where applicable). PUR-C LLC is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Undeliverable / Refused Packages & Reshipment Charges

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, inability to obtain a signature, or carrier access limitations, the customer remains responsible for applicable shipping charges. Reshipment will require payment of additional shipping charges prior to re-dispatch.

2) Risk of Loss, Carrier Responsibility, Tracking, and Delays

Risk of Loss After Carrier Pickup

PUR-C LLC ensures each product is inspected and properly packed before release to the carrier. Once the shipment is picked up by the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the carrier. PUR-C LLC is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays that occur in transit after dispatch.

Tracking & Customer Responsibility for Carrier Follow-Up

Upon shipment, customers receive tracking information and are responsible for monitoring delivery status. For any delivery issues, delays, missed delivery attempts, or routing concerns, the customer must contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

No Replacements for Carrier Loss or Transit Issues

PUR-C LLC does not replace product for issues that occur after carrier pickup. If a shipment is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, resolution is governed by the carrier’s policies and determinations, and the carrier is responsible for any accommodation or reimbursement where the carrier is at fault.

Carrier Delays / Force Majeure / Peak Season & Holiday Congestion

PUR-C LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • severe weather conditions, storms, flooding, or other weather-related disruptions,
  • natural disasters,
  • carrier network congestion (including holiday season and other peak-volume periods),
  • U.S. national holidays or carrier holiday schedules,
  • governmental actions, restrictions, shutdowns, or regulatory delays,
  • labor disruptions, strikes, facility closures, supply chain interruptions, or public health emergencies, and
  • any other events constituting force majeure.

 

These events may affect transit timelines and delivery scheduling. Such delays are the responsibility of the carrier and/or applicable authorities, not PUR-C LLC.

3) Product Handling, Heat Sensitivity, and Storage

Heat Sensitivity & Storage Requirements

PUR-C products are heat sensitive. Upon delivery, customers should retrieve the shipment promptly and store the product in a climate-controlled environment to support freshness and extend shelf life. PUR-C LLC is not responsible for product degradation attributable to delayed retrieval after delivery, unattended delivery, improper storage, or heat exposure occurring after carrier pickup, including exposure during transit and/or after delivery.

4) Payments & Credit Card Processing Fee (Effective March 1, 2026)

Credit Card Processing Fee

Effective March 1, 2026, a 4% processing fee will be applied to all orders paid by credit card.

Fee-Free Payment Option: eCheck

Customers may avoid the credit card processing fee by placing an order via eCheck.

eCheck Release Timing (Plan Accordingly)

Please note: eCheck orders are subject to a seven (7) day release period prior to fulfillment and shipment. Customers should plan accordingly when selecting eCheck as the payment method.

5) Returns (Continental U.S. Only)

Return Eligibility Window

Returns are accepted only for shipments within the Continental United States and must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

Return Authorization (RA) Required

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipment. To request an RA, contact PUR-C LLC using the Return Authorization Request link provided on our website.

Return Conditions

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be shipped via FedEx or UPS and include a tracking number.
  • Units must be returned unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Inspection, Refunds, and Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. If accepted, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less a 25% restocking fee.

No-Return Circumstances (No Exceptions)

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • International orders (outside the Continental U.S.)
  • Late requests (initiated after 14 days)
  • Opened or used products
